I found the noise levels from the street to be distracting at times, especially during late hours. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped make arrangements for my outings, which I greatly appreciated.

Excellent staff made me feel at home. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

staying at carles was amazing! the location is perfect, just steps away from san martin park, and you can easily visit nearby spots. Our room was the executive queen room. it was clean, comfortable, and well sound-isolated. the reception team was incredibly attentive. they even let us check in early after a long bus ride, which was a thoughtful touch!

The breakfast left much to be desired. Although it was included, the limited variety made it unexciting, and I expected more hot options.

Couple's perfect retreat

We had a really nice stay in a suite. The staff was super friendly, just like that one time when the receptionist helped us find the best local taco spot, it was on point. Also, the bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby after a long day of sightseeing.

The Superior Double Room features well sound-isolated walls that provided a cozy escape from the city's bustling streets. Clean, comfortable accommodations made it a relaxing home base after days packed with exploration.

The hotel offers a complimentary 500ml bottle of water, but if that runs out, they won’t replace it until it’s finished, which feels a bit stingy. Additionally, the breakfast area is located below street level without windows, making for a less inviting atmosphere during morning meals. I also experienced occasional noise from an air circulator, particularly at night, which could disrupt sleep.

My stay was perfect! I loved the luxurious bed with amazing sheets and the superb breakfast selection. The USB charging ports were a game changer for my devices!
